Penisular Malaysia

Postby horace » Fri Apr 20, 2018 5:31 am

I am loving what I have encountered so far, great roads, wonderful people and fantastic food although the accommodation is expensive and pricey. Leaving Penang today and making my way down to KL to find a new stove as the last one, Chinese made piece o dangerous shit didn't last,.
Any recommendations, suggestions on where to go after, unforgettable cycle routes ect. Would be appreciated. Only got 8 more weeks and as I am going to get the ferry to Sumatra only penisular and not the Borneo part.
Cheers in advance for any useful tips, especially any heads up on the weather which so far has been great.

Good job;
agree 100%
Malaysia has great people,great food, great roads
only complaint i have ever had is shit value in rooms

MY suggestion, forget KL, head back to Penang and take the ferry over to Sumatra;
Bukittinggi, go see the orangutan's at Bukit Lawang and Lake toba....
at the bottom take the ferry to Java
