Chinese Drone Flyers Detained

Phnom Penh: on 13 June 2018, at 18.10, police forces detained 2 foreigners flying a drone close to the Royal Palace.

Lt. Lieutenant Colonel Kuy Yi, deputy police chief of Daun Penh district, said the detained foreigners were, XU.CHENGWEI, Chinese, 35 years and LIVYAN, a 33-year-old Chinese.

Capture scenes include one number of MAVIC PRO products, one controller, A pair of wallets, black Iphone 7plus phones, and three-piece battery.

Currently, the two foreigners have been handed over to the Anti-Tech Crime Prevention Division for further investigation,

What is Anti Tech Crime prevention? Surely that doesn’t make sense...
It should be Anti Tech Crime or Tech Crime Prevention, shouldn’t it?

Please tell me there is a sign in front of their building saying Anti-Tech Crime Prevention.
