This would suit anyone with the desire to work hard or even suit the semi-retired.
Save Cambodian Marine Life is located on Koh Rong Samloem Island, Cambodia, with a two-pronged approach to marine conservation, while remaining a profitable business. In the water, we protect our local reefs and grow them through sustainable coral farming. Out of the water, we create awareness among both the local people of Cambodia and across national borders. Our goal is to create a long-term coral propagation nursery as well as an information centre that informs people of sustainable marine practices.
Additionally, Save Cambodian Marine Life leads a number of community enrichment initiatives for the island we call home: Koh Rong Sanloem. We work with the local school and local authorities to teach classes, clean up the village, and generally improve life for humans and animals on the island.
The business comes complete with some $20,000 of assets, including dive equipment, underwater cameras, computer, website etc. It has good solid forward bookings providing immediate and forward cashflow, with management in place.
The owner would be prepared to work with the incumbent owner for approx. one month period to ensure a smooth hand over.
The owner’s reason for the sale is family reasons outside Cambodia. The sale price is +$79,000 neg.
