Always Toyota (Hilux) especially for ISIS. Toyota weren’t happy about the connection.
The Toyota Hilux is the vehicular equivalent of the AK-47, it has been the vehicle of choice for African, Persian, Middle Eastern Militaries , and Rebels, Insurgents, Terrorist groups, etc. long before ISIS jumped on the bandwagon. You will find them being used in conflicts in Syria, Libya, Nicaragua, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Liberia, the DRC, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, etc.. Even many Western militaries utilise them because of their reliability & staunchness, we were using them when I deployed to Afghan in '03 (see my pic below), they were absolute beasts which just kept going no matter the terrain, weather or altitude - Toyota must be making a killing off of Hilux's!
