^^^ Fark,
I wonder what Scoffer makes of this gumbo of a thread?
I'm amused at the speculation about my age, my ability to run and my general overall fitness level.
Lets get serious, I've become an overweight lazy git that drinks way to much.
+However, the information being posted about diets and exercise has value and putting my fat gut aside is worthy of further comment
To clarify a few points,
I'm older by 10 years or more than Alexandra suggested in her comparison to the average Australian male.
I cannot run, but I can walk reasonably fast for short burst's - my day to day mobility is somewhat restricted due to structural damage from a mishap of "Car Vrs Motorbike " in my youth. But this has never been an issue for me.
I always take the stairs rather than the elevator.
I manage 3-5 walks per week of 4 to 6 KLM's
The truth of the situation is I don't sleep all that well.
I average about 4, sometimes 5 hours sleep a night.
This has been my sleeping pattern for the past 50 yrs.
Now days I don't eat until it's time for bed -and sleep on a full stomach.
Bad choice on my behalf.
Hopefully that clarifies any comments/ queries about Scoffer.
