I don’t think she would mind what job she does and I doubt she sees herself as above being a cleaner for example. Confidence could be a problem, also you say if she dresses appropriately. You mean to be wearing nice clothes? I doubt she goes shopping that much. Maybe she isn’t dressing nice these days.
Are there agencies out there that can sort work? I think at this point any income is good. What is minimum wage these days?
She should know what appropriate clothing should be for the job being applied for.
You don’t need to be suited and booted for a cleaning job, just maybe not wearing pajamas or looking like a street walker.
For an office job then dress smart-ish. She doesn’t need be be catwalk style.
There is only a min wage for the garment industry - something like 200, but there should be overtime and social security benefits on top of that.
Other industries don’t have a minimum wage.
As with everything here there probably are agents, I don’t know if any - but I don’t think it’s necessary.
Tell her to drive around and look for staff wanted notices and call that number. Ask her friends to take photos of any signs they see and pass them on. Hotels are getting busier and some are recruiting again.
It’s not that difficult, but i guess it might be more difficult that sending a message to you, appealing to your soft heart and hoping you send her some funds. But maybe I’m too cynical
