Is he ignorant beyond retardation or something, seriously, what the F....French fries?
I've lived in several different countries before, but never have I been so confused as to what common courtesy is, or how people think here. Is it just an "I do what I want, screw the rest of you." kind of thinking or what? If that's the case, I'm going to stop worrying about "waking him up" at 2 PM when I want to use my blender and learn how to say "go screw yourself" in Khmer.
By the way, how do you say "go screw yourself" in Khmer?

Why not talk to your neighbor about what you're thinking or tell you landlord to speak for you without going all queenie about it.
