- diesel power plants
- coal power plants
in both cases there will be horrible pollution and lots of shit going straight into the water and then in the ocean, fucking up what's left of the coastal tourism.
besides, where the coal or the diesel is coming from ? from abroad, of course, and how they plan to pay for it ?
solar energy ? wind turbines ? that's too fururistic for cambodia, forget it.
