Anyone have photos of the old Broken Bricks? I've got a couple of them on an old hard drive that I'll try to locate. It'd be nice to see a few more of those photos posted here, or even in a thread specifically requesting any images of the place.
There was a 440 member posting under the name of Nelson Muntz who'd had a couple of Broken Bricks posters made up from his own photos, but I can't find them here. Falcon Randwick posted copies of those posters up, along with a few other images, IIRC.
Post 'em if you've got 'em. The place was quite a sight, with the Tom Waits lyrics and poetry posted outside the crumbling exterior. I remember watching the tourists photographing the place from safe distance, usually well across the street and looking ready to flee once they were noticed, slack-jawed and gawping at the strange bar and its perceivedly (sp?) stranger inhabitants.
