Eric Erdmann’s supervised release is expected to end on September 28, 2023. He participates in sexual offender treatment “begrudgingly”. He has made “minimal progress” and demonstrates “a propensity for anger”.
He is “not contributing positively” to the group in his programming and has suggested that he “did not need the treatment and did not benefit from it”.
Meanwhile he has failed to keep a job and has not attempted to find a more stable home (I guess he lives with his mom or something).
In February the court rejected his request to end his probation early.
