To get back to the original tale, as told at the beginning and before everyone started yapping about
Certificates of Lifelong Innocence, there MUST be readers here who think that this entire
yarn smells of fish ...
An anonymous person names a real person as the perpetrator of serious crimes, allegedly
committed while the named real person aforesaid was a volunteer at an unregistered and
run-on-a-very-thin-shoestring NGO .
Nobody leaps to the defense of the named person.
or starts squealing that the fellow is/was a wrong'un
["Yeah, we all knew there was summat very dodgy abaht that Frenchie cove. Know wha' I mean?"
The piggies aren't interested in the least (so it is claimed.)
The 24/7 NGOs like APLE, usually keener than mustard when there's
a chance of seeing a while man handcuffed, are NOT interested or involved (so far as we know)
Is this strange little story a belated leftover from April the First?
