Many communities in the USA have various ball-busting requirements making it very difficult for sex offenders to live there. Everyone wants sex offenders to move somewhere else.

in Canada have argued to the courts.
If you remember, Australia announced that they would start revoking passports for pedos, and it raised a lot of debate on the topic.
