Where is the building and once you get there, where is the office. How long does it take. How long is a first application for a cambodian licence. Must the sangkat letter specifically refer to drivers licence or is sangkat proof of address enough. Why was it a crazy journey back for you....not many motodop/tuk tuks. And how long is the wait likel6 to be. An hour?
I used this guide.[URL]
http://www.cnmcambodia.com/2017/09/13/a ... guide/[URL] Fairly accurate and the people out there were actual incredibly nice and straightforward. The issue is that there is no tuk tuk app or taxi app that provides service out there. So I started walking and grabbed the first motodop that came along and got a ride back into the city. Saw my first moto thief promptly followed by my first experience of Cambodian justice, that one of a few things along the way lol
Sangkat proof if Address was enough, they actually kept my copy. Took about 45 mins for a new one, it was quicker because I showed up late and they wanted to go home. Google says they close at 530 but they actually close at 430 fwiw
