I crossed the khmer border as usual, then was asked to follow the tourist herd for passport stamping (about 2 hours). As soon as I got back to my car, a very impolite thai official started to give me a hell of a time how I shouldn’t have parked where I had (while I asked before and was told were to put it) and that Thai law absolutely forbided for me to cross in (This is my law! This is my law! You understand? You understand?) The more I asked him why plenty of Khmer cars were passing through in front of our very eyes the more he got upset and impolite. That guy was an absolute caricature of how despicable Thais can be. End result was I had to cross back to Cambodia (another 30min) and was very worried as I was supposed to pick up my wife and kids at Suvarnabhumi the next morning.
Looks to me, you should have "krabbed" him completely out, instead of trying to "explain".

Do you have a death wish or so ?
Krabbed? I tried to circumventing him by getting out of his sight and finding a booth to enquire only to see the persistent plague come screaming at me with his finger pointed, clear sign that GTFO of here was the only option left.
And if I had any death wish I would have gone a good 50kph faster even tho not guaranteed.
