Hello All,
I am currently looking for flats, have seen a lot already.
The one I like best so far is not fully finished.
All the apartments in the tower are furnished already - but I think I'd be the first tenant
The main construction work is done - some beauty touches in the staircase missing
Gym not yet done (the room is there, but not equipped yet)
Pool area not yet done (as in, it is build but the water is filthy rain collection at the moment)
Is it safe to move in there and trust the landlord that it will be done within a month or so?
I don't want to wait another month in a hotel, and that particular tower seems best to me in terms of location / price / what is offered (if finished)
I assume putting assurances in the contract like "if gym not done, 40$ less rent per month, if pool not done another 40$ etc." are not worth the paper they are written on.
Should I look elsewhere? Or should I trust in it?
