Another common issue is technical issues with a cloud service like Akamai or Cloudflare DDoS protection.
But most likely your provider f*cked something up:
As I have no Digi I cannot test but based on past experience their helpdesk are a bunch of muppets so I would not rely on them
Try to set Google DNS as resolver on your laptop/desktop and try to access the websites:
Network Settings -> change adapter options -> right click your wired or wireless adapter -> IP4 (or 6 if used) -> Use the following DNS server: 8.8.8.8
