Savittre, how did things work out with your iPad?
Once I get set up over there, I may need some tech solutions as well, so will be good to know if Craig was helpful. Thanks in advance.
Hi All,
techietraveller84, I didn’t see Craig. I don’t know him, if he’s not working for Apple, I’d be concerned about him.
I just want an Apple professional to *diagnose* if there’s anything wrong with my machine, if there is, fix it, if nothing’s wrong, I’ll have the peace of mind to know that.
That must surely be possible in P.P.!
I went to the iOne Service Center on Mao Tse Tung at 63rd, no help there. They asked what the problem was; the glitches I’ve had are random, (e.g. All my email prior to 28/1/20 has been deleted, also, one website I use keeps reloading with a “There was a problem, the page is being reloaded.” And this repeats! But a friend has no problem like that with the same website, which points to a problem with my machine. I have photo albums, one day an emoji appeared beside the title of one of the albums- I never do that!- which points to unauthorized access of my machine). They didn’t *diagnose* these things, just verbal responses, “Well, maybe...” etc. No more than that from them. Excuses. They assured me though that my machine is fine!!
I also went to Uni Young, on Calmette St (53), near the Central Market. They asked what the problem was; I’m not 100% sure, I think their *diagnosis* would reveal that. They told me, somewhat rudely, that if I didn’t know what the problem was, they couldn’t fix it. No diagnosis or attempt to help me.
If I knew the problem, I’d be halfway to fixing it myself!
This morning, Siri posted a map of Apple Authorized Service Centers on my Safari page. There must be a reason for that!!
I had a problem with my previous Apple machine 4 or 5 years ago, I took it to an Apple Center in P.P., the tech guy got right to it, *very* professional, fixed it up for me, I was very satisfied! As it was years ago, I forget which Apple Center I took it to.
But if I can get that level of service quality in 2014~2015, surely I can get it now! In P.P.!
That’s where it’s at. Can any of you please help me out with this? I need a professional tech guy at an Apple Service Center, someone who really knows their stuff!
Thanks!
