Come on guys, this is Cambodia. Anybody knows if you're loaded and connected, you will get away with murder, drug dealing, running KTVs and brothels etc as the country needs its leaders. Justice and judges for sale is a great Khmer concept.
Just don't try to dent an oknha's car with your tuktuk or to play cards with high 100 riel stakes. The Government will ensure the country's famous moral rectitude and traditional values.
