Some of the shittiest craziest most aggressive drivers I've seen in S.E. Asia have been foreigners. I had one guy in Saigon once who almost ripped open the side of my abdomen with XL250, with a stupid oversized metal frame with sharp corners on the back of it, doing some batshit manoeuvre during peak hour. Sure the local drivers are selfish and completely illogical in their driving habits, but many foreigners seem to take it a few notches further.
I've also been witness to lunatic westerners who believe themselves impervious to the laws of physics, or immune to the effects of alcohol. However, there surely can't be any more crazy group of people to share the roads with than taxi and bus drivers. Just yesterday I had a taxi driver that was intent on sending us both to oblivion until I demanded he slow down - his response? "You pay me more, and I will slow down." Suffice to say his vehicle and his earnings came to an abrupt halt.
