How much does a kilo go for wholesale? Genuine question.

I would think dried fruit would be the way to go for exporting. How many kilos of fresh mango to make 1 kilo of dried?
I think between 1000-2500 riel depending on the type of mango. In term of dried ones, saw a Chinese neighbor who used to do it and export to the Chinese market the ratio is similar to beef being dried to beef jerky.
Anyway, these kind of thoughts has crossed my mind for years about canning it and export to countries that dont have those fruits but I dont have the knowledge nor investment. For instance, back in New Zealand when Asians are craving for Asian fruits like lychee, mangoes, oh and the essential coconut cream in Asian cooking etc. the Thai canned and export them all over in supermarket throughout the country, cost any where from $3-$7. With the abundance of these sort of fruits during its season and can buy it for crazy low price, following the Thailand model is a lucrative business.
