This 29 Room Hotel enjoys a great location in the Riverside Tourist Area.
A good combination of Business and Vacation Guests provides a good steady year round income. Many of the guests are repeat, coming 2 or 3 times a year for an average of 7 day stay.
As well as the Hotel Rooms there is a ground Floor restaurant (Anna's Restaurant) which provides guests with cooked a la'carte meals from 6:30am until after 9pm.
This operation is fully staffed with cooks and Severs. The restaurant can seat 28 persons both indoor and outdoor on a viewing deck.
