Detech makes a 125cc "Win", as do a few other companies, but they have less power than a 100cc genuine Honda so the displacement is irrelevant in this case, and if you go for a 110cc Win, you get less power than an 85cc real Honda. They're total dogs.
If you're looking to spend $200-300 though, unless you know how to do your own wrenching and carry a bag of spares, you're asking for trouble, even with a newer Win. Also if you break down on the road in Cambodia, good luck in finding any spares to get them back on the road without doing some serious rigging.
You can get a newly imported Daelim and get it plated in your name for $350-400, which is the route I'd personally take. Citi 100s popularity has drastically plummeted and dealers have difficulty selling them now, hence the price drop.
