The main places to buy bikes are along 107 near the junction with 182, they have new Giants and various other bikes new and second hand. If you want something fancy like a Cannondale then Flying Bikes will sort you out.
Out off 271 not far from the junction with 182 is Hengly Market, where a whole 200 meter section of sheds just deals with bicycles, they just toss them in piles though and you need to check the things out thoroughly. On 1986 Street in Phnom Penh Thmey there is a huge warehouse full of rows of bikes. In contrast to Psah Hengly they carefully fix everything before they sell it.
They have some amazing high-end machines and parts, and some bizzare items, but aren't particularly cheap.
The only thing I ever noticed that was cheap there was road-bikes.
They had loads of them with nice parts going for less than $100. They aren't my kind of thing, I prefer mountain bikes for the ruts and jumping up curbs etc. That warehouse on 1986 is brilliant for repairs though, they will fit the part for nothing, give you some juice and completely clean your bike for free, of course I always tipped them for that.
