There are obviously some really fantastic top notch restaurants at Sofitel, Rosewood, etc. among others, the list above is more every day 'go to' places at a reasonable price usually as I don't think the Op intended it to be a 'who can spunk the most on a Michelin star menu' contest.
The restaurants at Sofitel and Rosewood are disappointing (at least Rosewood has a view though).
