Twenty-six Thais and two Taiwanese nationals were arrested during a raid by Vietnamese police in collaboration with Thai police in Ho Chi Minh City on a Taiwanese-led mobile scout group that focused on The Thai victim and the deceased have spent over 50 million baht in two months.
