I use a service (MyUS) that sets up a PO Box in the US. All my Amazon orders are shipped there, they then forward it to me. Never lost anything.
Just about to try ordering something through them. What's the deal with DHL and customs fees?
Here in SR I have been hit for taxes just once (must have had 50+ shipments over the years), to the tune of 6,000 Riel for a shipment worth a few hundred Dollars. Do NOT use DHL as you will get hit for duties. I use regular shipping and usually have the parcels within 1 or 2 weeks.
