Slightly off topic, but I had a CAT scan at Sen Sok recently. They seemed competent and I was presented with the interpretation results swiftly, complete with CD and photographs.
Note: prices there are negotiable. There are different prices for Khmers and barangs, and the barang prices are not fixed - it depends on your negotiating skills plus whether you have a medical contact there to help keep the prices down.
For example a CAT scan there was about $220 for Khmers, and about $650 for barangs. I ended up paying about $450.
Strictly no trouble in having a CAT scan or any X-ray exam performed in Cambodia but as fare as the interpretation go you should contact a certified radiologist. This is a medical specialty and I have high doubt that a real radiologist in present in the country.
Easy to send the data on the Internet so you only trouble is to contact one.
You best bet should be to contact an hospital in your home country and see if they can do the reading for you.
