I woke up this morning after sleeping 9 hours and my back was a little worse. I walked at least 3 kilometers early this morning. At first, I tried to walk in a way that wasn't painful. After a few hundred meters, I could walk intermittently without pain. After a little longer, I tightened my core and it was easier to walk pain free. I took a hot shower with the water directly on my lower back and gently massaged. The love handles and belly are still hard and protruding forward with my lower back slightly arched.
There is no tissue soreness. I can punch around the whole area with no pain. Pain is only through movement. I can lie on my back without pain. But in that position, and trying to roll out of bed, it hurts the worst. It is now easier to get up from a seated position.
I am trying to get an idea of what is wrong with my back so that I can try to prepare myself to fly home. I do not want to seek medical help in Cambodia. Through the help of this thread, I have been able to rule out some things and I have a better understanding of what is wrong with my back.
Your help is greatly appreciated. Please continue to help.
