I would not be that much worried, your current wife leaving you, when it turns out you have more siblings, than she currently knows about. This is pretty normal in Khmer land and largely accepted, especially, when you are the "money-man". Put aside your Western expectations around that issue, it's a non-issue.
Welcome the boy, he is a human being and the best for him will be, to accept his existence and treat him accordingly. That way, he can work on a future.
Regarding the money around this: Of course, Khmers just assume, you share everything you have, etc. As such, expect to pay for the kids education, etc.
