If your job is with any sort of reputable company you will just give your passport to HR upon your arrival and they'll deal with. Most likely, they will just give it to an agency to take care of. Most agencies charge around $300, although the official price is $180 and you're able to do yourself. Your first time here, and with a lot of things to sort, the extra charge will be worth it for you.
You'll have other paperwork you'll want to deal with as well. Once you're situated make sure your landlord registers you with the sangkat and in the online system, get your license, etc.
