sim cards are cheap not a great deal of difference between them they can all do what you want. if you really want to save a minor amount over 60 days look at their websites for current deals
just for an indication in thai i use dtac for data, ais for phone, depends more on the signal of the place i am staying, even some high profile locations are dodgy for data, cambodia its metfone for me.
just a passport and small bikkies will get the sim card.
ais has the easiest and best roaming but dont know about the comparative rates if you actually use it for more than receiving sms
edit:some ais sim cards dont work for data in some obscure phones and some of these sim cards are data or voice specific.
ask for what you need and make sure it can do what you want before leaving the shop.
if they promise you anything once again be sure you get what they promise before you hand over the money, this is especially relevant to a specific cambo sim
