Is your laptop charger universal ie switchable from 120v to 240v? If not you will need to get a 240v charger as well.
Input reads 100-240V - 1.7A 50-60Hz.
So a cheap adapter is all I need?
Yes, an adapter is all you need. Look in any computer shop, many mini-marts, any electrical stall around any of the markets. Should cost $1-2.
