Perhaps a little off topic for this thread, but it seems to fit with the above: I have lived in a few countries, where people (typically the teenager age) will just try to mess with you for being a foreigner, and will say stupid things like "I'm going to fuck your mouth." Are there common phrases that people say to barangs, with a smile on their faces, to get a laugh with their friends? And how do you respond, to let them know you understand and for them to lose face?
"doh mee yoo noau" comes to mind but it's ever only said for fun, never in a nasty way. It roughly translates as "how long have you had pubes".
Had it shouted out at me on a few occasions when hashing out in the sticks, replying in a way that shows you understand results in a good laugh for all.
