It doesn't look very complicated! I don't know about leather workers, but I can recommend the same shop I recommended to chuang on this site when he was looking for a Casio.
You can choose a leather strap and they will fix it on for you. On the corner of 110/13 streets, it's called Poly Optics and one part of the shop deals in watches, next door to its optician's. It's right next to Psaa Chas (sp?)
Disclaimer: I haven't been there for a few months, so I don't know if it's still there, but it was doing well and had(s) been in business for about ten years, so worth a try. Should only be a few dollars.
