OP,

maybe you can share for how many days / weeks / months this first time visa was allowed? Might help others in the future.

Alot people that got not their visa, they paid, got a phone call to pick up the passport, but no visa. There where maybe 15-20 people, so probably all the appliers of the last 2 days.

Everybody pays for visa? I girl I know got not her Visa, but she got her ppassport back 1 week later as her appointment in the embassy. Who decide if a person get a visa? The 2 man that has the conversation? Or they bring the dossier to another man, and he decide if she get a visa? It looks like theb2 man only collect the papers and thst decide nothing

But khmers like to say things that are not really tru. Everything went normal, the checked the papers, and gave the papers Back that where not usefull, also the pictures where useless. In 1 week we get a phoneticall with the good/bad news.
and the translation service was top, so a good choice and alot cheaper as pyramid
Did the embassy charge your girlfriend? if yes, she'll get the visa.

If the stories are true, I suspect they were related to the issuance of a fiancee/marriage visa. Or maybe related to the interview that takes place after you are in the USA to confirm that you are really living as a couple. They might ask such questions about underwear, what side of bed does he sleep on, what color is your husband's toothbrush, etc. in order to test whether it's a genuine relationship.

I know this because the INS agent asked Gerard Depardieu's character these questions in the movie "Green Card."
I liked that movie.

Extension visas are blue, 3 6 12 months. So you must extend this Visa to get your 3 month visa or 6 or 12
