Are you talking about refurbished old ones or new?

Sounds like for need a wood plane or a chisel and some oil. The moisture content in wood always increase during the wet season . I am sure the shop that made them will plane some wood of for you for free if you ask!

I hoped to find a more professional place I had some made before and they look OK when new but In a few weeks of rain dont close perfectly and squeak with the wind even if closed which makes my missus paranoid at night.

I'd imagine you'll have to get them made up at one of those places that makes doors etc. Boeung Trabek opposite Rock or 598 near the tracks.

Where can I buy good quality wooden windows shutters in pp? About the standard size 1.2*2m. Any idea of what should I pay for it?
