Stick a stake in the ground and rub the head of it with a piece of metal like an axe head. The vibration will cause them to come to the top. Just be sure you are in a location known to have worms. It does't take many to start a farm. They are great for organic gardening. Worm castings are anyways. Take a look at this, it is pretty easy.

Does anyone know if this technique actually works in Asia? It seems the sound may emulate the voracious mole, which can eat its weight in worms daily. But I see it's only been cultivated in SE USA, and the UK, where moles live and thrive in their cooler climate.
AFAIK, I don't know if moles are in SE Asia, so maybe the worms here never learned the defense mechanism to rise to the surface when they hear a given vibration.
So, does worm grunting work in SE Asia, outside of the mole territories of the USA and the UK?
