750km on a Yamaha 125 ... that sounds pretty painful. I think in a developed country without the fear of other idiot motorists, random people/animals crossing the road, pot holes that would swallow a cement truck, searing heat, etc, etc. 750km for 10 hours would be do-able and not stressful. But for Cambodia? That's a big distance with fear of immediate death the entire journey, sure you could do it, but I'd be concerned that if you're not 100% alert, it's not such a good idea if you want to arrive alive, and even then if you did, you'd be utterly exhausted - so the destination better be pretty damn nice to stay for a week or two!
