Current Construction costs outside Phnom Pehn

Anyone know the approximate price per M^2 for a standard shop house outside Phnom Pehn (Vihear Sour)?
I did a search and came up with $150 - 300 from a year ago. Are these prices still applicable?

Thank you.

Re: Berries

Some times you can get strawberries from Luckys. There are from the USA and expensive.
I used to work for Driscolls, kind of blew my mind to see them here in Cambodia.

Re: Christian cemetery in Cambodia

Here is a map of the location of the old French cemetery Number 31 ( I think that there is a school there now) and one of the churches (number 352 )near the Japanese bridge, circa 1967.

Adam Sandler in Cambodia?????

 Sandler, who spoke to CBS 5 in costume, admits he was deported from Cambodia in 1999 for running a pornography website called “Welcome to the Rape Camp.” “I did a website 12 years ago in Cambodia, over 18 (year old) chicks, so it’s not even a crime,” he said.
