Everybody is entitled to criticize or insult HE, but nobody should criticize his better half , never, never. The Cambodian Red Cross is indeed not known to distribute aid impartially. One example: neither the victims of acid attacks or the victims human trafficking seem to be a focus of Red Cross aid.
