One way to circumvent the 18% rule is to charge loan fees. No restriction on those.

The owners should look at what happened at the Pickled Parrot. From a busy and well run boozer with nice friendly staff, to virtually empty every night. The staff make the venue much of the time.

Agreed. Dos Besos is excellent. Super tasty Mexican food, nice environment and a great drinks menu. There's even low carbs options if you ask them.
