My 2 experiences in PP airport was okay.
Out of my 3 experiences in SR airport, There was once where the custom officer stopped me, and said "check luggage" and "hinted" he wanted the new shirts I brought to donate to a NGO.

Hi, I'd strongly recommend Angkor Hospital for Children. They allow foreigners, and the staff do speak English.
