actually Serendipity has not been cleared as the bit of land to the west of the pier is what is wrongly known as Serendipity. It is Occheauteal beach that now looks much better. I noticed that Chivas place sneaked a couple of tables on to the sand last night but hidden against the wall. tut tut. So...

As its a UK vote the Scots Welsh and NI will not vote to leave the EU so it comes down to the English,They will make the rules so that a majority [ well pick a number say 65%] must vote to leave it will not be first past the post a majority of one will not mean an exit.
