Xi'an food in Phnom Penh
Anyone know if there is a place to get Xi'an Chinese food in Phnom Penh. Someone told me about a place called Xian snack restaurant but also said they serve Cantonese not Xi'an food.Does not have to be an exclusive menu, just a restaurant that has offers some of the food.

Anyone know where to buy witch hazel? Is it something the grocery stores or western pharmacy would have? Tried the local pharmacy on my block and no luck.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Transparency international corruption index 2015
The ruling elite depend on siphoning the aid money... This tired old chestnut is raised again. What makes you believe this in anyway reflects reality? Haven't you figured out that there are other ways to make money? I think there's lots of other ways they do make money. But they definitely rely on ...

Re: Transparency international corruption index 2015
It's easy to look down on Cambodia for 'corruption' when comparing to our own countries with rose tinted glasses. I wonder if the findings of the Hillsborough disaster and the MP's expenses scandal were considered in the UK's ranking. Corruption comes in many forms - some we overlook & others are a...

Re: Transparency international corruption index 2015
There are a lot of really great things about living in Cambodia. But to answer your question about how corruption affects the daily life. My wife has a university degree that does not represent what it states to represent. While in university 50% of her classes the teacher pulled a no show because b...

Taxi To Kampot Province (Chhuk)
Hi, Can anyone recommend a taxi for my family's tip to Kampot province next Wednesday. We'd want leave early in the morning and return in the evening, so it would be a round trip day trip. It's about 2.5 hours each way to our destination (Chhuk). I have some drivers I've used before to go other plac...

Re: Talking Tax and Fixing the Cracks in the System
I never comment on political things on the forum and I do agree with Alexandra that the state should be out of existence but replacing with some ayn randian utopia is a fucking nightmare. Thanks. The Soviets tried that tired old Marx vision of the withering of the state. It resulted in millions of ...

Re: Talking Tax and Fixing the Cracks in the System
Actually property (as in land, resources, etc) is theft. It belongs to all of us. If you want exclusive access, you should have to rent it from the rest of us. The question to ask libertarians is "how should we live?". Given there must be rules and some kind of structure to society, do you want it ...

Where to buy Marbles
I am looking for marbles, preferably the toy kind but craft marbles would also work as well. I have tried IBC with no luck. Would prefer a shop as opposed to a market given it's easier to navigate, but anywhere will do.
Thanks.
Thanks.

maybe sealed isn't the right word, but it's all unopened. It is all gifts for other people. I am not planning on selling it.gavinmac wrote:Why is everything sealed? Are you planning to sell it? If so, you're supposed to declare it.
