Is there a more recent update for this post? There is WAY more competition, so it's going to be harder to find work for anybody except young white women with blonde hair and blue eyes if you don't have a degree. Big influx of whiteys from SA, especially. Schools also hiring Turks, Iranians, Kazakhs...
