I have not been any more impressed with foreigner's driving skills here than local driving skills. Just a small observation, I was just noticing the other day during morning rush hour that most (perhaps 60-70%) of Cambodian motorcycle drivers were wearing helmets whereas 100% of the foreigner motor...
