Hello there!! I am looking for ideas where to get a good "Irish Coffee" in Phnom Penh. So far I had a very good one in the Sunway Hotel Bar (and lots of failures in other places), but only if the right bar-keeper was there. Any more suggestions??

Following some of "Edinwigan's" thoughts on hostess bars I conclude that he is an unbalanced character and needs help, I assume of a psychiatrist. That is my thought of it.

Before 5pm its usually just water (juice for breakfast. After 5pm as I please, normally Single Malt or Chivas. Red wine or Rose or Kir, if I feel like it. And sometimes even Gin or Vodka with Tonic will do. In my former life before my retirement 3 years ago I used to be a professional beer drinker. ...

We pay R820 for about a year now, before it was R720. Our average monthly Riel amount is normally below R300.000, only during very hot months would be higher, but not much.
