Push it off the ledge, it them becomes road kill. Not your fault it lost its balance.
NB it's best if you can get two at once, coz you can say it so bloody simple, they were both playing with each other and knocked each other over the edge.
NB1, It's also better to get two at once as you can only pull this stunt once, and once they believe that they fell to their death- well,,,, they'll keep them locked up so it dosn't happen again.
How do you make a cat bark, cover it with pertol and light it - Wooof goes the cat

You can always buy a sponge (regular washing type) then fry the sponge in a wok or pan of fat (pork or chicken) then cut into small cubes (2cm x 2cm) and leave on your balcony. cats eat sponge, sponge expands blocking stomach and cat dies in a few days.
This is all hypothetical mind you and I would condone the senseless and cruel slaying of feline annoyances in this manner.
I hope you find a more sensible and less lethal solution to your problem.

Hey baggy;
As for keeping cats away; you could buy a rotweiler for Thailand - my wifes boss has two and one of them is the size of a cow!
Anyhow from experience I know mothballs will stop cats pissing around the place and you may like to try white pepper. Also I have the therory of putting chilli powder on the chairs - I'd love to see them lick it off their fur after they sat in some - hahahah.
As for cats keeping the rodent population down - well the just seem to chase them into my house.

Great article that shows that Cambodia wasn't really a mystery during the Pol Pot Regime.
