I just did!Rhoel wrote:This story caused bemusement more than anything else ... I doubt I'll read 3K of met amphetamines and the Chairman of the Swedish Association of Cambodia in the same sentence.
The topic or post you are looking for does not exist.

If they are to be floated back to their continent as you recommend, it will surely not solve the problem. I think the Cambodian Authorities have to search themselves too as i am not sure they are ready to clamp down on the drug run. I have read in the papers of so many Top officials involved in this mafia acts. Many of the foreigners arrested and jailed are often released before the end of their terms and worst still they are allowed back into the town to continue from where they stopped. There is no point crying wolf when the system itselfs encourages these guys.

Two wrongs do not make a right. If these honest and hard working Nigerians were only behaving like this in Cambodia under the influence of the corrupt local police then you would have a point. Sadly this seems to be the standard behaviour of the majority of Nigerians in Asia. I am only judging them by what I have seen myself in Vietnam, Korea, India, Thailand and Cambodia over the past 15 years. Maybe in some other countries they are amazing?? I am sure Nigeria is a wonderful country?

I was talking to some colleagues today, and apparently there used to be a fair few here in Singapore a few years back. I'm just amazed they got in in the first place.

I can not be bothered to read 4 pages, so could somebody summarise it, did the Darkie do it or not ?
"We, the sons of John Company, have arrived"
That's a misconception. In actuality, two wrongs DO, in fact, make a right. Got that everybody?. It's official.angsta wrote:Two wrongs do not make a right.

@angsta, you may be right but from my experience in the same areas you mentioned there are two types of Nigerians. If you meet the good ones, they are good to the core that you wonder if they are really from that country and if you meet the seemingly bad ones, OMG, you will curse ever crossing them. But all in all, Nigerians is an amazing country with lots of latent potentials.

I can believe that, you have got to hand it to Nigerians, they are nothing if not entrepeneurial....no languishing in poverty for a lot of them, they get out there and make money instead of sitting round feeling sorry for themselves and many will do whatever it takes. Got to at least admire their balls and tenacity.Olododo wrote:angsta wrote: @angsta, you may be right but from my experience in the same areas you mentioned there are two types of Nigerians.
