Mine show and railway
It's not unusual for there being a 'no photo' rule at exhibitions or in museums. Looks like Cambodia is catching on.

There wasn't any such policy, I took plenty of pictures there.SunSan wrote:It's not unusual for there being a 'no photo' rule at exhibitions or in museums. Looks like Cambodia is catching on.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
Thanks for the info on the pepsi factory,I cant wait to see it.
I was accosted by a guard whilst inspecting the interior of the railcar.
I told him dtook owie knom nou dtaing-piss off.
Works a treat.
Or -jeng owie chnai-leave me alone.
Or just fuck off- gbal gdaw(dickhead)
Or even better-mook gdooey(cuntface)
I intended to go back today after lunch with a camera but a phone call changed everything.
Now I have my baby-you come?
I went to srok sa ang and saw the 2.030 kilo little pink thing, jasmine.Six weeks premature.
At 4pm I watched her sucking on her mums lovely breast, her first feed.
Life certainly has its little twists and turns.
One more day and she would have been born on my 60th birthday.

The rail workers didn't bother me at all, they just smiled and talked to me and my kid, I was in both trains, and engines. I'm pretty sure the more modern train is the same model as the one in this famous shot:
Here's one looking rather forlorn a few years back:

Well done your lordship,I think it is the same breed of train.
What a shame the boys werent in the one that got blasted off the rails near battambong.
If they had have had drones then......
I went back today and took photos and toll must have got the message.
The kings carriage was open with the ac blasting-did you like the 60s bar your lordship?
When I go to sisophon I am going to look for the beautiful colonial house pictured in the mine exhibit with the land rover out the front.
I took a photo of the map of the US bombing.
I studied the map and I was astounded at the amount of bombing around the country, especially in kait kandal around phnom penh.
I always thought that the B52s were only bombing viet sanctuaries but they bombed virtually all the fucking country.
What was that all about?
They wernt bombing the KR or were they?
Over to you lucan.
Please no inane comments from dickheads who have no interest in history.

You're catching on, my understanding is that after the Paris Peace Agreements they weren't allowed to bomb anywhere in Laos or Vietnam, yet there were a whole load of planes loaded up and ready to go. Therefore Cambodia was the only place left to drop bombs on, and the machine had to keep moving, or money might be wasted. So the B52s kept busy, and dropped 2.5 million tonnes of bombs on Cambodia. Until quite recently this figure was underestimated at around 500,000 tonnes, but in the last few years some more accurate figures have come to light.ken svay wrote: I always thought that the B52s were only bombing viet sanctuaries but they bombed virtually all the fucking country.

Who Gives a Fuck?
I went to Saigon early this year and went to the War Remnants Museum. Even after sifting through the anti-american propaganda, I was still embarrassed as an American. This is only amplified more when I see what our meddling politicians did to Cambodia. KR or not, 2.5 million tons of bombs is just ridiculous.hanky wrote:You're catching on, my understanding is that after the Paris Peace Agreements they weren't allowed to bomb anywhere in Laos or Vietnam, yet there were a whole load of planes loaded up and ready to go. According to wikipeida Dresden was leveled with only 3,900 tons http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombing_of ... rld_War_II. Hamburg and thousands of people were destroyed with only 9,000 tons of bombs, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombing_of ... rld_War_II
Again, that is a LOT OF BOMBS to drop anywhere, especially here.
Can you name those leaders?Lucky Lucan wrote:The rail workers didn't bother me at all, they just smiled and talked to me and my kid, I was in both trains, and engines. I'm pretty sure the more modern train is the same model as the one in this famous shot:
